We carefully structure each project consisting of multiple phases so that we can guide you at the right moment. We start your project after carrying out a thorough analysis to understand it better and thereby tailor it to your unique branding needs. Before you make any payment and we start working on your project, we will let you review some of our samples and go over our terms and conditions. You may enter a contract with us only if you are fully convinced of the quality of our services and agree with our terms and conditions. This will help both you and us to prevent misunderstandings and consequent disputes and ensure clarity from the get-go.
Once the project has commenced, you cannot cancel it and claim a refund.
To ensure your complete satisfaction with our services, we allow you to review the work before final delivery. If you wish to make changes within the scope of your initial requirements, we will accommodate those changes. Any additional changes beyond the initial scope will incur an extra fee.
If you find halfway through a project that it’s no longer needed, we can mutually agree to terminate the agreement. In such cases, we’ll adjust the fee based on the completed work and refund you the remainder. Also, please be informed that we cannot accept refund requests for orders on special offers like seasonal discounts.
